Professional Directory
If you are a Masters level, licensed mental health professional, nurse, chaplain or any professional trained to respond to critical incidents or disasters, RDA wants you on this list. By listing your name, credentials, training and experience in CISMSpecialist.com, those in need of responder services can find you. Resources are centralized, access is free. Users do not want to, nor is it desirable to, search around for responders when in the midst of a crisis.
We have the capability to have a network of CISM Specialists in a centralize database and this is it. Be part of the solution.
If you are a Trainer or Speaker on all CISM related content, your availability, expertise, and present training schedule can also be listed separately or together with your Specialist credentials. Give the community access to your published material!

Access to the directory is free. Specialists have listed their training and experience for you to make an educated decision for your onsite professional. They also have access to professional handouts, tip sheets and presentations to bring onsite with them. If you are unfamiliar with arranging onsite services, consider these tips.
Safety is the first priority. Once this is established:
- Consider your impacted population
- If there is physical injury seek immediate medical help
- Concrete services are needed first- housing, food/water,
- Match training and experience to this population, see more...
- Think 24-72 hours after safety is achieved for onsite specialist to arrive.
- This is just the first step (crisis intervention) on a continuum of response services.
